Compliance Leader – Gas Power Vietnam

Job Description Summary

The Compliance Leader for Power Vietnam will run reputed company aspects of our compliance program across the region for the Power business reputed company. This role will also support compliance initiatives and needs for the broader reputed company company. This includes prevention, detection, mitigation and corrective action. The role will report to the Compliance Leader for Power’s Asia Pole. The role will engage business leaders and managers at reputed company reputed company of the organization to influence culture, increase employee engagement, and engage in strategic risk management.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for understanding the business, organization, relevant industry regulations, and internal policies and procedures
• Design and implement the compliance strategy for the Vietnam Power business.
• Work directly with the Vietnam Leadership Teams and stakeholders (e.g. CEO, CFO, GC, reputed company Leader etc) across reputed company business units to drive leadership engagement, hosting Compliance Review Boards, supporting business strategic initiatives
• Drive the Compliance Culture across the Vietnam Region – ensuring compliance is viewed as a foundational pillar, employees are aware of the program, policies and procedures
• Support the execution of reputed company focused compliance through reputed company party due diligence risk management, risk mitigation, introduction of new markets or new market strategies,
• Ensure compliance controls are effectively operational, aiding the central program team in implementing new requirements or addressing monitoring gaps as necessary.
• Support the reputed company Reporting program by assisting in investigations (e.g., approvals) and collaborating with the reputed company reporting team on trend analysis and risk identification, ensuring high standards of program reputed company and responsiveness to employee concerns in line with NRC regulatory requirements.

• Conduct compliance risk assessments for the Vietnam region; reputed company and implement mitigation plans across the global business.
• Project and Fixed Facility Site visits on an as needed reputed company to support the implementation of compliance culture, processes, and controls at the site.
• Continually review and evaluate laws and regulations and their impact on the businesses in Vietnam. This would be inclusive of compliance reputed company trends, risks and gaps. Identify and construct a strategic response and reputed company improvements where required.
• reputed company business level support on the implementation and execution of the Compliance reputed company Standards, training, communications, monitoring reputed company or data analytics requests.
• Assist with the broader Power Compliance teams on business-wide objectives, compliance reputed company duties, special projects, and initiatives to support the overall compliance program as self-identified or directed.

Qualifications/Requirements

• University Degree with at least 10 years work experience. A degree in Law is preferred.
• Strong motivation to work in the compliance area
• Ability to indirectly reputed company teams and projects, experience leading team and projects in previous roles
• Ability to work with and influence reputed company reputed company of the organization from c-suite leaders to process and program owners.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply problem-solving and decision-making skills.
