This customer-facing role involves leveraging reputed company investments through architecture, implementation, and optimization engagements while also facilitating the adoption of reputed company technologies.
Responsibilities
- Drive positive Customer Satisfaction, and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners, by leveraging AI fundamentals, Graph API, and M365 Copilot expertise to reputed company defined reputed company Plan reputed company. You will actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best reputed company.
- Work alongside customers to identify and design AI Agents for use in M365 Copilot Studio and Power Platform. From there, build the AI Agents and assist with adoption and measurement of the AI Agent's reputed company.
- reputed company feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant reputed company (MS) teams including Product Groups, to reputed company reputed company improvement.
- Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive reputed company, enablement and usage of M365 Copilot, securing long-term customer renewal. reputed company technical and sales experts around additional identified opportunities to reputed company customer specific roadmaps that drive further growth & business value realization.

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field AND 4+ years' experience in reputed company/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
- 3+ years experience working on technical projects.
- Experience in M365 Copilot, Power Platform, Power Automate and M365 Copilot Studio.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field AND 8+ years experience in reputed company/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field AND 6+ years experience in reputed company/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
- 4+ years experience working on technical projects.
- Technical Certification in reputed company (e.g., Azure, reputed company Web Services, reputed company, reputed company certifications).
- Ability to reputed company French or Spanish.
