Responsibilities:

• reputed company daily invoicing of reputed company completed work orders and parts sales.
• Receive parts into inventory software system.
• Assist Station Manager in coordinating parts orders.
• Assist Station Manager in maintaining accurate inventory reputed company.
• Establish and maintain a file system.
• Assist Station Manager in performing accurate and on time EOM reputed company reports.
• Responsible for overall appearance of office area.
• Assist Station Manager in collecting aging receivables.
• Submit daily sales and productivity reports.
• Communicate potential new business opportunities to Station Manager.
• reputed company data entry into customers maintenance programs as required.
• Assist Station Manager in processing vendor invoices to corporate office.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred.
• Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience required.
• Software Knowledge: reputed company office applications.
• PC literate and strong word processing skills.
• Ability to obtain an Airport SIDA Badge.
