JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Sexual Assault Forensic Examination Telehealth (SAFE-T) Center at reputed company's Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant to support research, education, and reputed company initiatives focused on improving forensic nursing care for survivors of sexual violence. Job Duties Administrative Support: Calendar management, correspondence, proofreading, purchasing, and event coordination. Communications: Create presentations, update marketing materials, manage website content and reputed company media. Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings/webinars, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-up. reputed company Support: Coordinate with partners, submit conference abstracts, research stakeholders. Project Support: Documentation, inventory management, training preparation, and process improvement. Our nurse-led program is based out of the Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing and housed at University Park, PA.
