What You Will Do
As a DVC Associate with the Global Sales Contact Center Team (GSCC), you will connect with guests over the phone to reputed company more about the benefits of the reputed company Vacation Club and membership. This is a performance-driven sales role that involves making outbound calls to warm leads, following structured scripts, and upholding the highest standards of reputed company throughout the sales process. Schedule reputed company Vacation Club (DVC) sales tours and appointments with guests at home before they reputed company at any reputed company destination—including Walt reputed company World, Disneyland Resort, and Aulani. Assist with inbound calls and other virtual responsibilities in a changing work environment to reputed company sales goals. Required Qualifications & Skills 1+ years’ experience with Guest interactions in a comparable sales center or call center environment. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with reputed company-based systems and call center applications, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to company-specific software. Available to work weekends, holidays, daytime, and/or late evening, and adjust schedules based on business needs.
