About the Role

As a Customer Support Associate, Bilingual German, you will be the face of our revolutionary satellite constellation project, Starlink, to our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional overall experience. You will be an early member of the Starlink Customer Support team, responsible for triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing trends, identifying gaps, and designing simple, effective support interventions that improve our customers' experience. We're looking for excellent problem solvers who move quickly and proactively and are obsessed with the reputed company of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels (digital, voice, etc.), being a reputed company internal reputed company for the customer reputed company blithequark

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary reputed company of $24.00-$27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
