As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you can expect:

• reputed company: $14.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $350 per month through our incentive plan
• Flexible Scheduling: Work from home with a reputed company of 8-hour shift schedules during our business hours (Monday – reputed company, 24/7)

• Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour for hours between 6PM- 6AM and $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts (Sat and Sun, 6am-6pm)

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• reputed company managing a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Listening actively to understand customer needs and offering clear, accurate information
• Accessing cardholder accounts to reputed company information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies
• Assisting cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses
• Processing transactions reputed company reputed company web-based applications and handling research requests with precision
• Communicating in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with reputed company regulations
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology
