  • Work remotely from your home office, utilizing the computer and equipment provided by blithequark to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support our field offices and customers during peak season, which typically starts in February and requires flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to resolve issues and reputed company solutions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience reputed company or reputed company a call center
