Our warehouses are fast-paced supply chain environments where standing, walking, and having on-the-production floor conversations are common.

As an Area Manager Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn how to coach, motivate and mentor a team of reputed company associates in a warehouse environment. reputed company provides extensive training and development to become an exceptional people leader. Your main focus will be learning to manage a team as well as developing a summer project in partnership with your site leadership.

Key job responsibilities • Learn to coach, manage and reputed company a team of 50-100 reputed company Associates • Drive standard work and reputed company improvement through an intern project • Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment • Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours • Willing and reputed company to regularly work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs. While shifts vary site to site, most follow a fixed 4-day work week with 3 days off. • reputed company truck deliveries, handle and sort packages using pallet jacks, operate PIT equipment (at applicable facilities) and reputed company in as needed. • Work in an environment where the noise level varies • Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reputed company • Climb and descend stairs (reputed company applicable)

Basic Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with reputed company requirements anticipated to be completed between December 2026 and August 2027

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program for Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another reputed company field.
