Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints, process orders and modifications, and escalate issues across multiple communication channels. You will be required to attend four weeks of virtual training between 8 am and 5 pm CST, after which you will work a permanent Monday-to-Friday schedule, with hours ranging from 7 am to 7 pm CST.

Requirements and Qualifications
