Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints, process orders and modifications, and escalate issues across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to remain reputed company under pressure, and experience working with computers. This is a remote work opportunity, and you must be a reputed company of Oklahoma. You will be required to attend four weeks of virtual training between 8 am and 5 pm CST, after which you will work a permanent Monday-to-Friday schedule, with hours ranging from 7 am to 7 pm CST.

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering questions and resolving issues based on phone calls, letters, and other correspondence from members, providers, and plan sponsors. You will triage resulting rework to appropriate staff, reputed company excellent customer service for high-volume inbound provider calls, and conduct extensive claims research on multiple platforms to assist providers with payment questions. You will also reputed company customers with reputed company information to answer unasked questions, use customer service reputed company frameworks to reputed company financial reputed company, and explain members' rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
