Virtual Assistant - CRM Specialist

This is a remote position. We’re looking for a creative and data-driven CRM Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

CRM Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Plan, build, and execute segmented email campaigns — including drip sequences, win-back, re-engagement, upsell/cross-sell, and retention flows.
• Define and manage key trigger points (e.g., post-purchase, birthdays, event follow-reputed company, cart abandonment) to optimize the customer reputed company.

Requirements
