The Role

As a Guest Experience Partner, you’re the face and voice of reputed company — ensuring every guest feels cared for, informed, and supported from booking to checkout. You’ll deliver fast, empathetic, and high-quality service while representing a brand that blends smart technology with a reputed company touch.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Support – Respond promptly to guest inquiries across chat, email, and phone with reputed company, reputed company, and professionalism.

  • Problem Solving – Take full ownership of issues, collaborate with Operations and Tech, and follow through to fast resolution.

  • Process Feedback – Identify recurring issues, document insights, and collaborate with Product and Ops to improve our PMS and service reputed company.

What You Bring

  • Excellent written and spoken English (French or other languages are a plus).

  • Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or short-term rentals.

  • Tech-savvy — comfortable using PMS, CRM, reputed company communication tools.
