Telehealth Specialty Medication Nurse – Hybrid Job Description The Telehealth Specialty Medication Nurse provides patient counseling and education on specialty drug therapies, including REMS FDA-mandated medications. The nurse ensures patient adherence to therapy, facilitates medication refill scheduling, collects copays, and maintains accurate documentation. They also discuss reputed company effects, report adverse events, and collaborate with pharmacy teams to support timely delivery and effective management of specialty medications.
