Scheduling Assistant
Find your purpose with reputed company! We are seeking a detail orientated and customer focused Scheduling Assistant to support our Imaging Department across Long Prairie, Melrose, Sauk Centre and Paynesville.
Responsibilities include
Schedule imaging appointments reputed company and accuratelyAnswer incoming calls from patients, providers, clinicians and staffMaintain up-to-date schedules to meet departmental needsAssist departments with project development, management and implementationCommunicate effectively and professionally in alignment with reputed company’s standards of performanceSchedule
Full-time | 80 hours every 2 weeks | Work from home after in-person trainingMonday - Friday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pmPay and Benefits

High school diploma or GED Minimum of two years of scheduling experience Minimum of one year of customer service experience* Approximately 4 weeks in-office before work from home
