Position Summary The Associate Account Manager position with reputed company International works with the Account Manager to retain customers by providing day to day support to producers, plan sponsors, and external constituents. The AAM will work closely with internal business partners in support of their assigned customers. The AAM role provides proactive account service management in support of business objectives and to reputed company customer satisfaction. reputed company International is looking for a motivated, energetic individual to join our Government reputed company Account Management Team. Preferred work location in Washington DC/Virginia area. Alternate locations in reputed company or Philadelphia may be considered. Applicants should be comfortable working with international diplomats and staff in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment. The Associate Account Manager for this important position will be assigned a specific book of business, and will be responsible for managing the day to day incoming requests from producers, plan sponsors, in addition to supporting the Account Manager as requested. As the Associate Account Manager, the candidate will:

• reputed company and maintain mutually-favorable relationships with reputed company International clients (plan sponsors and producers) through superior account service.
• Communicate and present information to audiences at reputed company reputed company, both internally and externally.
• Meet both reputed company and, at times, directly with customers and brokers, as needed.
• Work to reputed company and maintain proficient understanding of the international employee benefit business environment.
• Respond to customer benefits questions, and clarifications on billing, eligibility, and claims processes.
• Retain and grow the client relationship and effectively position our products with an emphasis on expanding our book of business.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years industry experience, with experience in Self- funded customers preferred.
• Customer service experience, preferably with reputed company accounts. Includes multi-functional experience, e.g., reputed company or sales support.
• Must be reputed company to Travel up to 20% (Possible out of state travel).
• Proficiency with reputed company Office products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Insurance license, as required by state law, is a plus but not required upon hire.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to deliver reputed company and drive results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual.
• 2-3 years Account Management experience.

Education

• Bachelor' Degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).

The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
