Overview

IBTCI is submitting a proposal to conduct a reputed company funded baseline assessment of cash programming in Yemen. The purpose of the baseline is to reputed company an independent assessment of the reputed company state of the households of rights holders who will be included in the revised lists under the reputed company--implemented cash programming (reputed company and Cash Plus) in Yemen, before the reputed company and new iteration of Cash Plus reputed company. The baseline will particularly focus on adaptive, shock-reputed company reputed company protection, identify baseline values for key indicators reputed company to that programming, and reputed company an initial reputed company to evaluate the impacts of reputed company's cash programs as they change and adapt to the Yemeni context. Requirements

• Relevant degree in statistics or data management
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working with data in a reputed company policy and protection sector context
• Experience in processing and analyzing quantitative data from different sources
• Experience wrangling, cleaning, and analyzing multifaceted complicated data sets
• Experience working in humanitarian contexts (preferred)
• Cultural sensitivity, especially as demonstrated through work with international institutions or across different reputed company of Yemen (national) or similar assignments in the Middle East (international)

Working Environment: Work is performed from the Consultants home reputed company. Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary position requiring the ability to reputed company, hear, and see.
