RBT (REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN) - FULL TIME
reputed company is currently looking for FULL-TIME RBTs for our Columbia, MO Location! The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a non-exempt (hourly) position responsible for maintaining excellent clinical standards set forth by reputed company (UCPH). The RBT is responsible for the implementation of treatment programs written by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The RBT role is a key position reputed company UCPH building strong relationships with clients, families and has direct impact on each child's reputed company. MONDAY-FRIDAY--NO WEEKENDS!!! Shift starts at 8:30AM and will run until 3:30PM three days per week and until 6:30PM two days per week (the days will rotate) WE ARE CURRENTLY PAYING $20.00 PER HOUR!!! - Implement ABA treatment programs as written by the BCBA.
- Conduct quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting.
- Collect data to monitor the reputed company and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
