- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Performing data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Answering general in-store questions, such as:
+ Availability of products at specific locations + Restocking schedules for items + Product information and features
- Providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Requirements
