Visit us online at Position: Technician - Mental Health/Behavioral Health (No Degree) Position Summary: Supports an organizational culture for Service reputed company and practices the Service reputed company Standards to reputed company customer groups. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, house supervisor, and charge nurse attends to patient s direct care needs and performs tasks as delegated. Assists in delivering treatment, safety, and activities of daily living as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Performs duties assigned of observation rounding, medical procedures, leads topic specific groups, manages milieu, training new employees, documentation, and safety reputed company. • Skills Day.

• Attends 80% of departmental staff meetings.
• Attends required in-service trainings.
• Demonstrate proper Infection Control procedures by consistently using standard precautions.

• Adheres to safety policy and procedures to promote safe work practices.
• Demonstrates knowledge of policies and procedures specific to position/department.
