Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our airline. This is a part-time remote role, requiring 8 hours of work per week, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
