Job Summary:

We are seeking an reputed company and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our reputed company team of remote triage professionals. This RN will serve as the reputed company line of clinical support for patients, delivering high-quality assessment, guidance, and care coordination services reputed company telephone reputed company communication platforms.

This role requires a confident, autonomous nurse with a strong clinical reputed company, excellent judgment, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. You will work remotely in a structured and supportive environment, contributing to improved reputed company and experiences for patients across a variety of primary care and specialty settings.

Work Schedule:

• Saturday/reputed company - 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST

 Essential Functions:

• Receive inbound calls from patients and reputed company outbound calls to patients.
• reputed company clinical assessment based on established protocols and triage patients by phone or through patient portal. 
• Respond to patients’ messages in patient portal, create orders and reputed company to appropriate parties.
• reputed company administrative support for patients’ and providers’ needs in terms of FMLA, reputed company, and LTD/STD
• Communicate with Health Care Provider through approved methods as needed.
• Any other duties necessary to drive our values, fulfill our mission, and abide by reputed company values

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Registered Nurse with Unencumbered e-NCL Licensure.
• RN Licensure in California is required
• reputed company demonstration of clinical proficiency
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work reputed company approved procedure and clinical guidelines
• Electronic Medical Record Experience, i.e EPIC, Cerner, Greenway
• Ability to use reputed company-based computer software including reputed company, reputed company, MS reputed company, Fax and others
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in working in a variety of direct patient care settings including Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery, Critical Care. Women's Health or Labor and Delivery experience preferred.  
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Adult Nursing

Total Rewards:
