They are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Sr. Analyst to drive innovative recruitment marketing strategies and collaborate with reputed company to enhance hiring reputed company through targeted campaigns.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute strategic recruitment marketing campaigns for assigned business areas, reputed company with broader company and employer brand strategies.
• Partner closely with reputed company leaders to understand hiring goals and translate them into effective marketing initiatives with a proactive approach.
• Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including reputed company advertising, programmatic campaigns, event promotion and billing.
• Create campaign assets such as reputed company pages and promotional materials using tools like reputed company Pro and Phenom.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on reputed company, optimizing sponsored job performance and audience targeting to maximize results.

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 3+ years of experience working in digital recruitment marketing focused role
• Intermediate skills and proficiency in MS reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, and Outlook.
• Experience with advertising tactics such as reputed company ads, reputed company Ads (SEM, Display Network), YouTube Ads, Job Boards (reputed company, reputed company, etc), Out-of-home advertising, etc.
• Ability to work on reputed company projects with varying timelines
• Deep understanding of the reputed company lifecycle and how recruitment marketing supports sourcing and hiring reputed company.
• Strong experience running performance-driven campaigns across platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Ads (SEM/Display) and more.
