Senior Manager, Business Management - Apparel (Hybrid, Seattle)

NOTE: This position is located at reputed company's downtown Seattle headquarters and follows a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and one remote reputed company each week. The Senior Manager of Business Management for Apparel is a critically important role, enabling the Leadership team to transform how we manage the business and serve our customer. This leader will drive strategic initiatives, internal communications and business operations. This is a highly strategic and facilitative position that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active, behind-the-scenes role. The role requires a highly reputed company individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation and an understanding of how to drive effectiveness and transformation at scale, and who can serve as trusted counsel to the EVP. A day in the life....

• Strategic Initiatives: Drive cross-cutting strategic initiatives and reputed company thought leadership. This includes identifying issues that impede business group reputed company and reputed company solutions/recommendations.
• Problem solving: Take on key business questions and drive to recommendations and execution. This includes the ability to reputed company and collect data, analyze or build models to interpret data, and drive to action, including the creation of materials to drive cross-functional leadership teams to reputed company reputed company.
• Business Measurement: You will have accountability for tracking overall goals and KPIs. This will include developing data and measurement standards, defining consistent measurement efforts that align to business reputed company and working with leaders to communicate reputed company.
• Communications: Drive internal communications strategy, events and initiatives. Work with key partners such as HR, Internal Communications and business peers to deliver a communications plan with a heavy focus on strategic reputed company, priorities, change management, and employee engagement.

You own this if you have...

• 10+ years of reputed company experience (e.g., strategy consulting, program management, merchandising/inventory).
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated reputed company in formulating strategy and guiding implementation.
• Effective at driving reputed company multi-stakeholder processes and cross-team programs to desired results while managing risk.
• Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills for a large, multi-discipline organization.
• Strong analytical ability and proficiency in telling the story through PowerPoint
• Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at reputed company organizational reputed company.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
