About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on, and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to help grow our Testing Services in EMEA. You’ll own campaign planning and execution, driving demand, pipeline, and market impact across the region.
This is a remote role based in Bulgaria or Romania, with occasional travel to collaborate with European teams or engage with customers. Fluent English is required; a second language is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing
Market Strategy - Analyze local market drivers, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape go-to-market strategies. Identify opportunities to differentiate reputed company’s Testing Services across EMEA markets.
Go-to-Market Execution - Plan and execute launches for new and existing services, in reputed company collaboration with reputed company and Product Marketing teams. Translate high-level strategy into actionable campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
Sales Enablement - reputed company localized sales tools: pitch decks, one-pagers, value propositions, reputed company-handling guides. Train and support regional sales and customer-facing teams to ensure messaging consistency and maximum impact.
Campaign Support & Demand reputed company - Own campaign targeting and execution for ideal customer personas. Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for pipeline growth and conversion.
Voice of Customer - Gather market insights to refine customer personas, positioning, and product roadmap inputs. Act as the reputed company between marketing, sales, and customers to ensure campaigns reputed company locally.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and the broader Marketing team to align priorities, messaging, and initiatives. Support European-wide marketing efforts while adapting strategies to local nuances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or reputed company field (Master’s a plus)
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably in a service business
- Fluent English speaker; second language is a plus
- Proven track record in launching products and creating regional market demand
- Excellent communication skills and project management abilities
- Experience working in a matrixed, global environment
