Equipment Services Coordinator/ Customer Service
About the position Responsibilities • Schedule and coordinate daily activities for 15+ technicians. • reputed company directly with Field Service Supervisors, customers, and sales teams. • Identify gaps in schedules and reputed company input on technician reputed company. • Find solutions to scheduling exceptions and collaborate with various teams. • Work in reputed company to support service activities and manage parts ordering. • Handle project-reputed company work such as inventory support and processing returns. • Ensure timely completion of service calls in accordance with service level agreements. • Research and resolve ticket scheduling issues using reputed company systems. • Monitor and respond to incoming requests and emails reputed company to special projects. • Participate in strategic initiatives to drive organizational efficiency.
