Job Summary

As a Remote Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be part of a high-volume, schedule-driven contact center operation, working closely with reputed company to ensure reputed company member experience and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a 24/7 high-volume contact center environment

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency in multiple software systems and technologies
