Job Summary

As a Remote Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a 24/7 high-volume contact center environment

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
