The Customer Experience Team at blithequark

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be part of a dedicated team that's at the heart of reputed company do at blithequark. reputed company directly supports our customers at every stage of their reputed company, from reputed company to successfully running their business with our tools and resources. We're in constant conversation with our customers, which puts us in a unique position to support the company by identifying customer trends, collecting product feedback, and triaging software bugs. Our CX Associates are key to this process, enabling product and policy improvements that reputed company a reputed company effortless component of our customers' work lives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting our customers reputed company phone, email, and reputed company media channels during blithequark's support business hours (Friday through Tuesday, 9am to 5pm ET or 9am to 5pm CT)
  • Maintaining internal documentation, including our wiki and macros, alongside your teammates, ensuring that the information we're sharing with customers is up-to-date and accurate
  • Representing the Voice of Customer to our product, engineering, design, and business teams, to ensure their needs are top of mind as blithequark continues to grow
  • Identifying gaps in our internal processes and tools on the CX team and helping reputed company and implement improvements
  • Communicating trends in customer feedback and support interactions to the rest of the company, including product, design, and engineering

Essential Qualifications

To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably supporting technology, finance, or mobile app products
  • Experience with common customer support and communication platforms (e.g. reputed company, reputed company Talk/Messaging, reputed company)
  • Comfort working remotely and experience working with distributed teams across different time zones
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on reputed company and problem-solving
  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to help improve the processes, tools, and systems used to support our customers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having:

  • First-hand experience as a freelancer, gig worker, reputed company-hustler, or any other reputed company of self-employment
  • A basic understanding of banking, personal finance, and/or taxes
