Job Responsibilities
As a Licensed P&C Customer Service Representative at blithequark's VIP, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering customer calls and assisting with payment and billing questions, as well as online payments
- Handling policy change requests reputed company phone or email from customers and reputed company parties, and implementing changes online at the insurance reputed company website
- Reviewing policy coverages and issuing certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, or binders as needed
- Engaging in general phone and email correspondence with customers reputed company to renewals, cancellations, and insurance reputed company requests
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in property and casualty insurance, with a Property and Casualty License required
- Experience in either personal or reputed company lines, with experience in both a plus
- Proficiency in Massachusetts Auto and Registry a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company and Outlook
- Strong data entry skills and website navigation
