Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service reputed company I – Multilingual Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing timely, accurate, and personalized support to members and providers through various communication channels, including phone, live chat, and email
- Resolving routine complaints and issues in a proactive and efficient manner, minimizing the need for escalation
- Serving as the reputed company-line resolution reputed company for member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Communicating effectively with members and providers to understand their needs, assess their concerns, and determine the best course of action
- Maintaining performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics

Essential Qualifications
* High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience
