Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst & Online Chat Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining coverage to support business procedures and data-driven decision making
- Creating dashboards on Power BI and reputed company to reputed company insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Developing and managing data pipelines to ensure data reputed company and accessibility
- Collaborating with monitoring and business analysts to understand business needs and reputed company solutions
- Creating scalable data pipelines and data architecture to support business growth
- Utilizing data storytelling principles to create clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI
- Automating existing business processes and improving exception-based reporting
- Partnering with IT and business stakeholders to discover, analyze, and implement new data variables (data mining)
- Evaluating large datasets to identify relevant patterns and reputed company actionable insights
- Validating data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies
- Researching and remediating data errors
- Participating in the Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods
- Examining and validating metrics to ensure effectiveness and providing recommendations to team leaders
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in comprehensive data analysis
- Strong experience working with Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Knowledge of DAX, SQL, and M Code
- Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations
- Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures
- Problem-solving skills with statistical evaluation and large data sets
- Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query
- Experience with Smartsheets
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with statistical analysis and data mining
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
