Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Utilizing resources available to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Responding to email, chat, and email inquiries as needed
- Scheduling new appointments, confirming, rescheduling, or canceling appointments by validating customer information and project qualification
- Answering inbound calls from reputed company customers who have been referred through a store associate, internet reputed company, or other reputed company
