Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing consultative customer service that consistently meets or exceeds blithequark standards of reputed company and customer expectations
  • Creating an effortless customer experience for external and internal customers by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
  • Product inquiries, appointment scheduling and verification, and providing support to our store and field partners and customers
  • Customer conflict resolution and escalation, taking ownership of customer issues and providing complete end-to-end issue resolution
  • Utilizing resources available to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Responding to email, chat, and email inquiries as needed
  • Scheduling new appointments, confirming, rescheduling, or canceling appointments by validating customer information and project qualification
  • Answering inbound calls from reputed company customers who have been referred through a store associate, internet reputed company, or other reputed company
