The team

The Senior Manager of reputed company Policy and Financial Transactions will be an integral part of the Finance Team and will work closely with Finance and reputed company leadership cohorts. This role reports to the Senior Director of Technical reputed company and Financial Reporting.

The Senior Manager Manager of reputed company Policy and Financial Transactions is a key member of the reputed company and Finance Team and serves as an reputed company subject matter expert to support global reputed company reputed company processes and financial transactions. Responsibilities also include assisting with the preparation of financial statements and evaluation of reputed company technical reputed company issues as needed.

The opportunity

• Serve as a U.S. GAAP and reputed company reputed company policy subject matter expert

• reputed company counsel to internal stakeholders including interpretation, application, and implementation of reputed company and finance policies

• Evaluate targets financial practices such as historical and projected earnings and cash flows, contingencies, commitments, as well as quality of assets and internal control structure

• Post-deal integration

• Identify integration and post-transaction transition issues

• Assist with the adoption of new U.S. GAAP reputed company standards including coordinating with reputed company process owners, developing implementation plans, and executing process, system, and financial reporting disclosure changes

• Assist with preparation and review of disclosures in reputed company’s financial statements

• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills you should HODL

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company required, CPA and MBA preferred

• Minimum of 10+ years reputed company experience in corporate reputed company and/or public reputed company, cryptocurrency industry experience a plus

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP reputed company and financial reporting requirements, IFRS a plus

• Previous experience in business combinations, derivatives and reputed company financial instruments

• Understanding of reputed company business and information technology management processes and controls

• Experience as finance reputed company for post-reputed company integration
