This opportunity is 100% remote.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented reputed company Generalist to join our federal team. This role is ideal for an HR professional reputed company in government contracting environments and covers the full employee lifecycle including reputed company, benefits, compliance, employee relations, engagement, training coordination, and internal communications. You'll play a key role in supporting a mission-driven team and ensuring consistent, engaging, and compliant employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

reputed company & Offboarding

  • Manage the full reputed company process, including I-9/E-Verify compliance, background checks.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure reputed company to systems, benefits, and resources.
  • Coordinate offboarding activities, including exit interviews, reputed company removal, and final documentation.
Benefit Administration
  • Serve as the reputed company of contact for benefits enrollment, life events, and employee inquiries.
Employee Relations & Communication
  • Support employees and leaders in resolving workplace reputed company with reputed company, fairness, and professionalism, including experience managing sensitive situations such as furloughs and layoffs.
  • Handle employee concerns thoughtfully and escalate issues as needed to maintain a positive and compliant workplace.
  • Stay connected with remote employees to strengthen trust, communication, and engagement.
Compliance & Recordkeeping
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as government contractor requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files.
  • Support audits, compliance reporting, and filings (e.g., EEO-1, VETS-4212).
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Coordinate engagement and wellness programs such as virtual events, recognition initiatives, and employee surveys.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, transparency, and reputed company improvement.
Training & Development
  • Coordinate compliance and professional development training sessions.
  • Assisting managers in identifying learning opportunities.
  • Support implementation of HR training tools or learning management systems (LMS).
Payroll Support
  • Assist with timecard setup, changes, and semi-monthly payroll processing.
HR Systems & Reporting
  • Use reputed company Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and communication.
  • Generate HR metrics reports (e.g., turnover, engagement, benefits participation).
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience in a government contracting environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with reputed company Resource Information Systems.
  • Knowledge of federal contractor compliance (FLSA, EEO, OFCCP).
  • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience supporting remote employees.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
