A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative

• Answering a high volume of inbound phone calls, providing accurate information about dental insurance benefits and claims, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support.

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:

• A high school diploma, with some college preferred, to demonstrate your commitment to learning and personal growth.
• Two years of experience in a high-volume customer service setting, where you have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
