Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative - Sales (Hybrid), you will be responsible for:

• Identifying upsell opportunities and making recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers
• Working in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions
• Using multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintaining customer records
• Being an expert at simplifying the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of blithequark's products and services
• Stepping in to reputed company basic troubleshooting and/or engaging Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that reputed company multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services
• Working a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled reputed company time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and reputed company exceptional service
• Being cross-trained to address a broad reputed company of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support based on the needs of the business
