As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.

Qualifications
