The Role

As a Customer Service Representative in our Pay department, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing day-to-day support and ensuring their payment solutions reputed company optimally. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Administratively reputed company new clients and managing their orders
• Providing 1st line support on a daily reputed company, resolving technical issues and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
