Key Responsibilities

Center Allocation
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be allocated to one of the following teams:
- Load Control Center: responsible for aircraft weight and balance, fuel delivery, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company specifications
- Fuel Strategy: responsible for developing strategy, tools, and sustainability policy for fuel consumption, and improving payload forecasting
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Availability to work for at least 3 alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday reputed company - 5PM schedule
- Enrollment with an educational institution throughout the term of the reputed company program
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new situations
- Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
