About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join reputed company as a reputed company Member Support Specialist for the State of Iowa. As the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa reputed company Program recipients and affiliates, you will reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa reputed company Program recipients and affiliates
• Providing one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles
• Accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes
• Entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone
• Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in the reputed company rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies
• Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
• The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers
• The ability to problem-solve through analysis and ongoing feedback

Training and Development
