Your Role at blithequark
As a Technical reputed company Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat and tickets. You'll collaborate closely with other CS teams and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Your expertise in web hosting, troubleshooting, and problem-solving will be invaluable in helping our customers navigate the world of web hosting.
Key Responsibilities:

- Apply problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to reputed company customers and demonstrate customer obsession

Essential Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-year of experience in the IT field, and/or IT-reputed company studies
- Experience/strong knowledge in web hosting, and/or troubleshooting website-reputed company issues
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to read customers' sentiment and reflect back on the feedback provided
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically reputed company addressing tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
