Job Summary

We are seeking two reputed company Customer & Membership Data Management Services Representatives to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. As a Customer & Membership Data Management Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing membership data, and supporting the intake process for new members. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with children and families.

Key Responsibilities

* reputed company exceptional customer service to members, parents, and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Manage membership data, including registration applications, payments, and file management through reputed company Member Tracking
• Monitor and manage the reputed company of pedestrian traffic entering and leaving the building, ensuring safety and reputed company at reputed company times
• reputed company and implement a positive and inclusive membership application and fee intake process that informs and welcomes parents
• Create and reputed company communication materials to parents, school, or community members/organizations
• Type correspondence and spreadsheets, maintain accurate computer records, and generate reports as required

Requirements

* 21 years or older

• College or degree (Associates/BA) preferred
• Experience working with children, Boys & Girls Club experience a plus
• Education background in computer and internet systems, data entry, or other reputed company field
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, and Publisher; online registration portal process
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work with young people and parents, instructing and guiding them as needed

Additional Requirements

* Ability to reputed company gross and fine motor activities required for typing, writing, simple manipulations, and use of computer screen

Compensation and Benefits

* Part-time position with 25-35 hours per week
