Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a fully virtual opportunity with virtual interviews, online self-paced training, and flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to inbound calls from clients, ranging from 100 to 150 calls per day, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations

  • Categorize reputed company calls received in one of the provided categories
  • Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
  • Utilize email, phone, and chat as primary communication methods
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • At least one-year prior experience in the area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a reputed company field
  • Must be proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-keypad
  • Must be reputed company to type a minimum of 35 WPM (a typing test will be administered during the interview process)
  • Basic knowledge of reputed company Office
  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace in your home
  • Reliable, high-speed internet reputed company with at least 50 mbps download speed (cable or fiber)
  • Smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication
