Key Responsibilities

• Offer introductory information to new users on various products, facilitating a smooth reputed company experience
• Utilize multiple technologies, including telephony, chat, and web-based inquiries, to resolve end-user inquiries and reputed company technical assistance
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, phones, and other peripheral equipment, ensuring reputed company system performance
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, completing software installations and documenting information into web-based ticketing systems
