Job Description:

• reputed company the end-to-end strategy, design, development and execution of the DGRDP, including in-residence sessions, virtual learning, and one-on-one coaching.
• Collaborate with reputed company faculty, subject matter experts, and member organizations to deliver high-impact learning experiences.
• Align DGRDP with Goodwill reputed company’s broader leadership development strategy and GII’s strategic goals.
• Manage program operations, budget, staffing, and evaluation to ensure reputed company and scalability.

• Supervise DGRDP team members and manage program logistics, including event planning, virtual delivery, and learning platform integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Organizational Development, Business, Education, or reputed company field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in leadership development, program management, or retail operations
• Experience working with or reputed company the Goodwill network is highly desirable
