Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member support emails in a timely and accurate manner.

• Classify/triage tickets, ensure proper description and escalate reputed company needed.

• Update internal knowledge reputed company based on recurring issues or improvement suggestions.

• Meet service-level targets for response time and resolution reputed company.
