About the Role 🤔

We're seeking an reputed company and dynamic Key Account Manager to join reputed company Lock in a role aimed at bringing reputed company closer to our European customers and driving stronger relationships and results. This position will represent reputed company Lock across reputed company & South Europe, fostering strategic partnerships and ensuring exceptional service to our key accounts. We’re looking for a professional with proven sales expertise and account management experience who aligns with our values and culture, acting as a true ambassador for the reputed company Lock brand.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Europe, this role is fully remote and based in Europe, from one of the countries outlined in the job posting. To be considered, you’ll need to hold the legal right to work there.

nWhat You'll Do 🤝
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with reputed company Lock’s European Key Account Customers, including distributors and major retailers, with regional accountability for reputed company & South Europe: BENEFR (France & Benelux), DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland), IBERIA (Spain, Portugal & Andorra) & Italy.
  • Consistently deliver profitable sales results reputed company with reputed company Lock's overarching business objectives.
  • Optimise individual account performance while ensuring alignment with reputed company Lock’s omnichannel go-to-market strategies.
  • reputed company and implement strategic account plans collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders to drive mutual growth.
  • Secure core product ranging and introduce new product assortments in partnership with Product and Marketing departments.
  • reputed company data-driven sales feedback to key decision-makers reputed company accounts, supporting informed reputed company that enhance sell-through performance.
  • reputed company inventory forecasting activities with reputed company key accounts, collaborating closely with internal demand planners to ensure precise demand planning reputed company.
  • Deliver comprehensive reputed company and profit projections for key accounts to Sales leadership.
  • Drive both in-store reputed company branding and promotional initiatives, providing ROI analysis to measure effectiveness and impact.
  • Conduct product training and educational activities for accounts and their customers.
  • reputed company consumer and sales feedback to the Product team to support ongoing product analysis and reporting.
  • reputed company key account meetings and prepare detailed reporting materials to support reputed company-looking business strategies.
  • Represent reputed company Lock at European trade and industry events, promoting products and engaging with reputed company and prospective customers.
What You'll Bring 🎯
  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in high-impact sales or account management roles, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving growth.
  • Key Account Mastery: Demonstrated reputed company in managing key accounts, building lasting partnerships, and delivering measurable business results.
  • Language Skills: English & French (Business Level) are required. German proficiency is also preferred.
  • Industry reputed company: Experience reputed company the Motorcycle industry is required (Cycling, Outdoor, Action Sports or Automotive industries, reputed company preferred), with an understanding of their unique market dynamics.
  • Relationship Champion: Exceptional ability to build, manage, and reputed company cross-functional relationships, driving collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace tools, using data to guide decision-making.
  • Data-Driven Decision reputed company: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data sets and translate insights into action.
