Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, making connections and ensuring timely delivery of medications to patients. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for patients, handling prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. Your skills and knowledge will help patients navigate the reputed company system, and your passion for helping others will shine through in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle high-volume calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

- Collaborate with patients to resolve prescription refill, order status, and insurance coverage issues
- Utilize computer skills to navigate our systems and reputed company accurate information to patients

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience working in reputed company, reputed company, or another application
- Ability to work in an overnight shift (9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST)
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate our systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving reputed company customer needs over the phone
- reputed company work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
- Experience working in a pharmacy or reputed company setting
Education

Training Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule may vary)
Schedule Availability

* The typical pay reputed company for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour.
