Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Managing and responding to incoming chat conversations on our website, providing reputed company-time support to customers.
  • Monitoring and responding to customer messages on reputed company media platforms, including reputed company, Instagram, X, reputed company, and more.
  • Handling website inquiries and email communications reputed company.
  • Providing accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies.
  • Resolving customer complaints, processing returns/exchanges, and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Utilizing the customer service platform, reputed company, to manage and log reputed company customer interactions and maintain detailed records (experience with reputed company is a significant plus).

Qualifications
