Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and IT Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account reputed company.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless escalation of reputed company issues.
  • Escalating reputed company issues to higher-level support reputed company necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.

Schedule

We understand that life is busy, and that's why we offer a flexible part-time schedule that fits around your life. As a Customer Service and IT Support Representative, you'll work:

  • Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or reputed company)

Qualifications
