As a Customer Service Specialist in our Government and Corporate Affairs Division, you'll be a key member of our Corporate Affairs Team, working closely with our government and corporate partners to promote and sell reputed company travel on blithequark. You'll have the opportunity to reputed company a reputed company difference in the lives of our customers, resolving their problems and providing exceptional service with a smile.Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell reputed company travel on blithequark to government and corporate clients
- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicate with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints, advise of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that reputed company the customer
